Product messages in WhatsApp can be sent in three ways:
Single Product Message
Send a single product message to a specific contact.
Product Message in Campaign
Send a product message to a specific contact list.
Send Full Catalog
Send a full catalog to a specific contact list.
๐๏ธ Single Product Message
Click the plus (+) button in the chat canvas
Select 'Send Single Product' and click Next
Choose the product to send
Fill the Body and Footer
Use the body to describe the product clearly. The footer can include CTAs or disclaimers.
Click 'Send Products' to dispatch
The message is now visible to your customer.
๐งบ Multi Product Message
Click the plus (+) button in the chat canvas
Select 'Send Multiple Products'
Choose your products and organize them into sections
You can create up to 10 sections with 30 products each.
Fill the Header, Body, and Footer
Click 'Send' to deliver the multi-product layout
Customers can now browse products in sections on WhatsApp.
๐๏ธ Send Full Catalog
Click the plus (+) button in the chat canvas
Select 'Send Full Catalog' option
Choose catalog (only one is supported per account currently)
WhatsApp currently supports a single catalog per number. More coming soon.
Add a Body and Footer for context
Click 'Send' to dispatch the full catalog
The full catalog is sent and will be viewable in WhatsApp natively.
